Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly arrange a replacement where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without their original packaging or accessories.

  • Products returned outside the 30-day return period.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect product was delivered, Luxora will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund after it has been approved, please allow sufficient processing time with your payment provider before requesting further assistance.
